Savory Potatoes

Ingredients
  Potatoes 250 Gram
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Tamarind juice 1 Tablespoon (Thick)
  Coriander powder 1 Teaspoon
  Jaggery 2 Tablespoon, soaked
  Ghee 1 Tablespoon
  Coriander leaves 1 Tablespoon
  Turmeric powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Onion 1
  Ginger 1⁄4
  Green chili 1
  Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Parboil the potatoes.
Peel and dice them.
Heat the ghee on a moderate fire, add the paste and powdered spices and stir briskly.
After two minutes, put in the potatoes and a cup of waiter.
Stir and put the lid on.
Then add the tamarind juice, jaggery and coriander leaves.
Cook for five more minutes.
