Shrimp And Crab Stuffed Potatoes
|Frozen condensed cream of shrimp soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Grated onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Shredded sharp cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Idaho potatoes||4 Medium, baked|
|Canned crab meat||7 Ounce, cleaned and flaked (1 Can)|
Combine soup, milk, onion, and pepper.
Heat slowly; stir often.
Add cheese; stir until melted.
Cut potatoes in half lengthwise.
Scoop out insides; place in bowl.
Add soup mixture slowly; mix until blended and fluffy.
Fold in crab meat.
Spoon into potato shells.
Bake on cookie sheet in a 450° oven 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with paprika.
