Parmesan Potato Sticks
|Melted butter/Margarine||6 Tablespoon|
|Onion salt||To Taste|
|Grated parmesan cheese||6 Tablespoon|
Wash potatoes, but do not pare.
Cut into slices as for French fried potatoes.
Soak in cold water for 30 minutes; drain and dry.
Brush potatoes with butter or margarine; arrange in single layer in a greased shallow pan; sprinkle with onion salt and paprika.
Bake at 450° for 20 to 30 minutes, or until tender and brown, turning occasionally.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese, shaking pan so potatoes are evenly coated.
