Easy Do Potatoes
|Baking potatoes||4 , peeled and cut lengthwise into 1/4-inch strips|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Shredded sharp cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Half and half||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Place potatoes on large sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
Dot with butter.
Sprinkle with remaining ingredients, except half-and-half.
Turn edges of foil upward to form a container.
Pour half-and-half over potatoes.
Fold foil carefully and seal.
Bake at 450° for 1 hour or on top of grill (in smaller foil packages) about 45 minutes or until tender.
Turn packages on grill several times.
