Chive Mashed Potatoes
|Hot water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Milk/Light cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Instant mashed potato flakes||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Finely chopped parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Freeze dried chives||3 Tablespoon|
|Egg||1 , slightly beaten|
Combine water, salt, pepper and butter in a deep, 1 1/2 quart, heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole.
Heat, uncovered, on full power 4 minutes or until mixture boils.
Stir in potato flakes with a fork.
Stir in remaining ingredients until well blended.
Heat, uncovered, on full power for 5 minutes or until heated to 160Â°F.
