Ingredients
  Potatoes 4 Medium
  Skim milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Butter buds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

1. Peel and cut potatoes into small pieces. Place in a pan with about 2 inches of water. Simmer until well cooked. Drain and save water if desired.
2. Mash potatoes with reserved water or milk. Add Butter Buds®. Beat until fluffy. Serve.
3. To make a potato pie crust, pat mashed potatoes into a pie pan. Bake at 350° until golden brown. Fill with cooked vegetables, thick stew, soup, or chili.
4. To make a potato nest for cooked vegetables, put mashed potatoes in a 2-quart nonstick pan. Form a nest in the center. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Spoon vegetables into "nest
