Slow-Cook Potatoes

Ingredients
  Cornstarch 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter buds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Skim milk 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped
  Ground white pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Potatoes 7 Large, grated
Directions

1. Blend cornstarch and Butter Buds® with a little milk until smooth. Add remaining milk and boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.
2. Add onions, pepper, and grated potatoes.
3. Pour into nonstick shallow casserole, about 16x11x1. Bake at 300° for 3 hours.
