|Butter buds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Skim milk||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped|
|Ground white pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Potatoes||7 Large, grated|
1. Blend cornstarch and Butter BudsÂ® with a little milk until smooth. Add remaining milk and boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.
2. Add onions, pepper, and grated potatoes.
3. Pour into nonstick shallow casserole, about 16x11x1. Bake at 300Â° for 3 hours.
