Cheese And Potato Ragout

|Potato||3 Ounce, boiled and diced (1 Medium Piece)|
|Mushrooms||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced and cooked|
|Shredded pimento||2 Tablespoon|
|Skim milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated sharp cheddar cheese/Grated swiss cheese||2 Ounce|
|Paprika/Cayenne pepper||1 Dash|
In a shallow pan, make layers of potato, mushrooms and pimento and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Pour in milk, top with cheese and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 325Â° F. until bubbly.
