Cheese And Potato Ragout

Ingredients
  Potato 3 Ounce, boiled and diced (1 Medium Piece)
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced and cooked
  Shredded pimento 2 Tablespoon
  Skim milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated sharp cheddar cheese/Grated swiss cheese 2 Ounce
  Paprika/Cayenne pepper 1 Dash
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

In a shallow pan, make layers of potato, mushrooms and pimento and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Pour in milk, top with cheese and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 325° F. until bubbly.
