Yogurt Flavored Potatoes

Yoghurt Flavored Potatoes has a different taste. The coriander leaves with chilli powder gives the Yoghurt Flavored Potatoes a mouth watering taste.
Ingredients
  Potatoes 4 Large
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Fenugreek seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Methi)
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cumin seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Turmeric powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Hing 1 Pinch (Asafoetida)
  Yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Liquidized)
  Salt To Taste
  Chopped coriander leaves 1 Tablespoon
  Julienned ginger 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Put potatoes in a deep bowl and cover with water.
Microwave potatoes covered at medium high 70% power for 30 minutes.
Cool and peel them.
Crush them coarsely by hand.
Microwave in another bowl all the rest of the ingredients together (except potatoes) for 5 minutes stirring in between.
Mix in crushed potatoes and microwave for 5 more minutes, stirring occasionally.
