Ingredients
  Cooked potatoes 4 Cup (64 tbs), diced
  Sliced onions 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Snipped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped pimiento 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Fat 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Combine potatoes, onions, parsley, and pimiento.
Add the salt and pepper.
Brown in hot fat in large skillet on top of grill, till golden brown and crisp€”keep turning potatoes carefully.
