Fry the chopped onions in lard, add the chopped garlic, caraway seeds, red paprika, mix together and dilute with water.
Cut the cleaned potatoes into pieces, add them to the prepared paprika sauce together with the lecso and add enough water to cover.
Salt and cook until tender.
In summer fresh tomato and green paprika are used instead of lecso.
Sausage or Vienna sausage can also be cooked in it.
