Parsley New Potatoes

Ingredients
  Potatoes 1 1⁄2 Pound (Use Small And New Ones)
  Water 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Butter/Margarine 6 Tablespoon, melted (1/4 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoons)
  Chopped parsley 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Wash potatoes; peel a strip around center of each potato, if desired.
Combine potatoes, water, and salt in a large saucepan; bring to a boil.
Cover, reduce heat, and cook 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Drain well; transfer potatoes to a serving bowl.
Combine butter and parsley, stirring well.
Spoon butter mixture over hot potatoes.
