Potato Kugel Casserole

Ingredients
  Potatoes 10
  Onions 2
  Chicken fat 30 Gram, melted but cool
  Eggs 3 , beaten
  Salt To Taste
  Ground pepper To Taste
Directions

Peel potatoes.
Wash in cold water; dry well.
Grate potatoes and onions into mixing bowl.
Combine all ingredients; blend well.
Pour mixture into greased 3 quart casserole.
Bake 2 hours in preheated 350°F oven.
Cut in squares
