Port Squash

Ingredients
  Ice cubes 3
  Fresh lemon juice 1 Tablespoon (Extracted From 1 Fruit)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Port 2 Fluid Ounce
  Soda water 4 Fluid Ounce
Directions

MAKING
1) In a highball glass, add the ice.
2) Pour the lemon juice, sugar and port.
3) Gently stir and add the soda water.
4) Stir again and serve.

SERVING
5) Drop in a twisted lemon rind and serve.
