Ingredients
  Ice cubes 4
  Fresh lime juice 2 Tablespoon
  Port 3 Fluid Ounce
  Soda water 3 Fluid Ounce
  Lime rind 1⁄2
Directions

MAKING
1) In a collins glass, add the ice.
2) Add in the lime juice and port.
3) Gently stir and add in the soda.

SERVING
4) Serve with a garnish of the hull of the lime.
