Melon Halves Filled with Port
|Cantaloupes||2 (Ripe Ones)|
|Port wine||8 Fluid Ounce (1 Cup Or 240 Milliliter)|
1.Cut melons in half crosswise.
2.Spoon out the seeds and discard.
3.On an individual plate or in a shallow bowl put each half.
4.If desired you can cut a thin slice from bottom so that it sits flat .
5.Pour port 1/4 cup (2 ft oz/60 ml) into each seed cavity.
