Hot Pineapple Port Cup
|Pineapple juice||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Port wine||750 Milliliter (1 Bottle)|
|Raisins||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Remove peel from orange with vegetable peeler.
Combine pineapple juice, wine, raisins, sugar and peel in Dutch oven.
Heat to boiling.
Remove from heat and steep 15 minutes.
Remove and discard peel before serving.
Garnish with additional orange peel, if desired.
