Steak Port Antonio

Ingredients
  Rum 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped shallots 1 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 4 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Lime juice 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Beef shell steaks 4
Directions

In saucepan, combine rum and shallots; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; simmer 2 minutes.
Stir in butter, parsley, lime juice and sauce.
Brush steaks with rum butter.
Grill or broil 6 inches from heat.
Cook about 8 minutes, turning steak once.
Brush occasionally with rum butter.
Heat any remaining rum butter to a boil and serve with steaks.
