Hot Port Flip
|Port wine||90 Milliliter (3 oz)|
|Cognac||30 Milliliter (1 oz)|
|Instant coffee||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Cream||1 1⁄4 Tablespoon|
Mix the port, cognac and sugar together in a saucepan.
Heat, stirring constantly.
Add the instant coffee and mix well.
Beat the egg until foamy.
Beat in the cream.
Pour the port mixture slowly into the egg mixture, stirring constantly.
Pour into a mug and sprinkle with nutmeg.
