Hot Port Flip

Ingredients
  Port wine 90 Milliliter (3 oz)
  Cognac 30 Milliliter (1 oz)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Instant coffee 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Cream 1 1⁄4 Tablespoon
  Nutmeg 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix the port, cognac and sugar together in a saucepan.
Heat, stirring constantly.
Add the instant coffee and mix well.
Beat the egg until foamy.
Beat in the cream.
Pour the port mixture slowly into the egg mixture, stirring constantly.
Pour into a mug and sprinkle with nutmeg.
