Port St. Augustin E Salad
|Green beans||1⁄2 Pound, pared and cooked|
|Tomatoes||2 , cored and quartered|
|Hard-boiled eggs||2 , quartered|
|Green peas||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cooked|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Romaine lettuce head||1 Large, washed and dried|
|Lemon juice||3 Drop|
Place beans, tomatoes, eggs and peas in large bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Add mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. Mix well and correct seasoning.
Serve on lettuce leaves.
