Porridge

Ingredients
  Water/Milk and water mixed 1 Pint (About 500 Milliliter Or 2.5 Cups)
  Rolled porridge oats 2 Ounce (Quick Porridge Oats Can Also Be Used, About 50 Gram Or 4 Tablespoon)
  Salt 1 Pinch
Directions

1 Place the water (or you can use a mixture of 1/2 milk, 1/2 water) in.
a saucepan.
Stir in the oats and the salt.
2 Bring to the boil, stirring all the time.
Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve with milk or cream and sugar or honey.
If you are Scots, or very brave just sprinkle with salt.
