|Broken wheat||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Quick cooking oats||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Low fat milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar substitute||4 Gram (4 Sachets)|
|Cinnamon powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon (Dalchini Powder)|
|Diced apple||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Low fat butter||4 Teaspoon|
Clean, wash and drain broken wheat.
Heat butter in a pressure cooker, add broken wheat and saute for 3 to 4 minutes.
Add oats and cook for 2 minutes.
Add milk and 1 cup of water and pressure cook for 2 whistles.
Mix cinnamon powder.
Cool in the refrigerator.
Add the sugar substitute and apples and mix well.
Serve chilled garnished with cinnamon sticks.
