Soy Oatmeal Porridge

Ingredients
  Soy grits 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water/Potato water / milk 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Oatmeal 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

Soak soy grits and oatmeal overnight in liquid, in top of double boiler.
In morning, place over bottom of double boiler, to which hot water has been added, and cook.
