Creamy Rice Lactose-free

Ingredients
  Rissoto rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cinnamon stick 1 Large
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Lactose free milk 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Raisins 1 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon, powder
Directions

Making
1. In a large pot put rice, cinnamon stick, salt and water. Cook for 10 minutes.
2. Add sugar, butter and milk.
3. Simmer for 30 minutes.

SERVING
4. Serve in a bowl, top it up with raisins, cinnamon powder and some more lactate milk.
