1. In a food processor, put the oats and blend to fine powder.
2. In a pan, take milk, add salt, stir it and heat on medium heat.
3. Put the powdered oats into the milk along with sugar, cinnamon stick. Stir it and cook for 5 minutes or till it thickens.
4. In a bowl, transfer the creamy oats, sprinkle some cinnamon and serve hot.
