Mixed Grain Porridge
|Cracked wheat||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||3 1⁄4 Cup (52 tbs)|
|Millet||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Couscous||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Bulgur||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Oat bran||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
In a large bowl, combine the cracked wheat and 1 1/4 cups of the water.
Microwave on high for 5 minutes.
Add the millet, couscous, bulgur, oat bran, and remaining 2 cups water.
Microwave on high for 8 minutes.
Cover with foil and let stand for 5 minutes.
