|Porridge oats||110 Gram|
|Semi skimmed milk||275 Milliliter|
|Maple syrup/Runny honey||3 Tablespoon|
|Sunflower seeds||2 Tablespoon, toasted in a dry frying pan|
Divide the banana slices between 4 small bowls.
Place the oats and milk in a pan, mix well and bring to the boil.
Stir as the porridge thickens.
After about 5 minutes, when the porridge has thickened, pour into serving bowls.
Drizzle with maple syrup or honey and serve sprinkled with the sunflower seeds.
