|Water/3 cups milk||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Quick cooking cream of wheat||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. Combine water, salt and cream of wheat in a 1-quart glass casserole. Cover with an all-glass lid or plastic wrap. Cook in microwave oven 5 to 6 minutes at HIGH; stir after 3 minutes.
2. Allow to stand covered 5 minutes before serving.
