Ingredients
  Water/3 cups milk 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Quick cooking cream of wheat 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

1. Combine water, salt and cream of wheat in a 1-quart glass casserole. Cover with an all-glass lid or plastic wrap. Cook in microwave oven 5 to 6 minutes at HIGH; stir after 3 minutes.
2. Allow to stand covered 5 minutes before serving.
