|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Medium, diced|
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Combine Wheatena, egg and salt.
In skillet, melt butter; saute onion until golden.
Add Wheatena mixture and water; mix well.
Bring to boil; cover and cook over low heat until light in color, stirring occasionally.
Cook about 10 to 12 minutes, until desired thickness
