Roasted Pork Loin

Roasted pork loin is a succulent cut of meat that is obtained from the back of a pig. It is available in two forms including center cut roast that has loin ribs joined to it and boneless roasted pork loin which is usually tied with twine so that the roast does not fall apart. It weighs generally 3-4 pounds. These cuts are even called joints or legs in England. The ingredients used for preparing the dish include garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil, white wine and dried rosemary.
