Grilled Pork

Grilled pork is a spicy pork based dish prepared by grilling pork in oven, on a grill, in a frying pan, or on the BBQ. The pork is often seasoned with salt and pepper, before it is grilled. Most of the recipes call for marinating pork before grilling it, with the marinade differing from one recipe to the other. Citrusy vinaigrette, honey and soy sauce mix, and honey and lime juice mixture are a few popular marinades for pork. Marinating the pork before grilling it helps in enhancing the flavor of the dish. Any cut of pork viz. pork chops (cut of meat cut in perpendicular direction to pig’s spine) or pork tenderloin (the most tender cut from pig’s loin which is found between leg and shoulder, above the belly and side ribs) can be used to prepare the grilled pork dish, which is best served with some sauce, salsa, or chutney.
