Pork Tenderloin Au Creme
|Pork tenderloin||3⁄4 Pound, trimmed and cut in 1 1/2 inch cubes|
|Sliced bacon||1⁄4 Pound, partially cooked lightly browned but still soft|
|Heavy cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Season meat with paprika and salt.
Roll a slice of bacon around each tenderloin cube.
Put into a 1 1/2 quart shallow baking dish.
Sprinkle lightly with paprika.
Roast at 350Â°F 25 to 30 minutes, or until tender.
Pour cream over all and return to oven until thoroughly heated.
