Raisin Stuffed Pork Chops
|Pork chops||4 , 1 inch thick, cut with pocket|
|Pork flavored stuffing mix||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Apple juice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Condensed cream of mushroom soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
To make a pocket in chop, cut a slit from outer edge to bone.
In large measuring cup, combine apple juice, raisins, and vegetable seasoning packet from stuffing mix.
Cook on high (9) for 3 to 4 minutes to bring to a boil.
Reduce power; continue to cook on medium (5) for 5 minutes.
Stir in crumb mix to moisten.
Loosely stuff each pocket with stuffing; secure with wooden toothpick.
Arrange chops in glass baking dish with meatiest portions toward the outer edge.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Spoon soup over chops.
Cover loosely with plastic wrap.
Cook on medium (5) for 30 to 40 minutes, turning dish once.
