Spicy Barbecued Pork Pot Roast

Ingredients
  Pork roast 2 1⁄2 Pound (About 1 Kilogram, Use Butt Or Shoulder)
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Fat 30 Milliliter (About 2 Tablespoon)
  Diced onion 1
  Applesauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (About 125 Milliliter)
  Barbecue sauce/Ketchup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (About 125 Milliliter)
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon (About 2 Milliliter)
  Steak sauce 30 Milliliter (Use Dark Variety, About 2 Tablespoon)
Directions

Rub lean surfaces of the meat with dry mustard, salt, pepper and sage.
Heat fat in a deep Dutch oven.
Add the meat and brown on all sides.
Mix remaining ingredients together and spread on top.
Cover and bake at 300F (150C) for about 2 1/2 to 3 hours, or until fork tender, turning the meat 2 or 3 times during cooking.
Lift meat to a hot platter and keep hot.
Skim fat from the sauce in the pan and serve separately.
