Curried Pork With Shrimp
|Pork||1⁄2 Pound, shredded into thin strips (Shoulder Or Butt)|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Curry powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Onion||1 Small, minced|
|Celery stalks||3 , cut into 0.25 inch slices|
|Scallions||2 , cut into 1/8 inch slices|
|Cornstarch||1⁄2 Tablespoon, mixed in 0.5 cup water or chicken broth|
|Water/Chicken broth||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cooked shrimp||1⁄2 Pound (Whole)|
Marinate pork in soy sauce 20 minutes.
Heat oil in wok or skillet; brown curry and onion until aroma becomes strong.
Stir-fry pork about 4 minutes or until well done; push aside.
Combine celery and scallions; stir-fry 1 to 2 minutes.
Return pork; add cornstarch mixture.
Heat until sauce is clear and thickened and shrimp are heated through.
