Curried Pork With Shrimp has an Appetizing taste. The permutation of soy sauce, vegetable oil, curry powder, and cornstarch gives the Curried Pork With Shrimp Invigorating taste.
  Pork 1⁄2 Pound, shredded into thin strips (Shoulder Or Butt)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Curry powder 2 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Small, minced
  Celery stalks 3 , cut into 0.25 inch slices
  Scallions 2 , cut into 1/8 inch slices
  Cornstarch 1⁄2 Tablespoon, mixed in 0.5 cup water or chicken broth
  Water/Chicken broth 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cooked shrimp 1⁄2 Pound (Whole)

Marinate pork in soy sauce 20 minutes.
Heat oil in wok or skillet; brown curry and onion until aroma becomes strong.
Stir-fry pork about 4 minutes or until well done; push aside.
Combine celery and scallions; stir-fry 1 to 2 minutes.
Return pork; add cornstarch mixture.
Heat until sauce is clear and thickened and shrimp are heated through.
