Baked Pork Tenderloin With Soy And Applesauce

|Flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Ground ginger||1 Teaspoon|
|Canned applesauce||1 Pound (1 Can)|
|Sauterne wine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Flatten tenderloins slightly with cleaver; rub both sides with flour seasoned with salt and pepper.
Brown in butter; transfer to oven-serving dish.
Pour off all but 2 tablespoons fat.
Brown onion and garlic slightly.
Stir in ginger.
Mix together applesauce, wine, and soy sauce; stir into onion mixture.
Simmer 1 minute; pour over pork.
Bake 1 hour in preheated 350Â°F oven
