Pork Liver Loaf

The pork liver loaf is a parslyed pork liver loaf baked with chopped onions and egg. Moistened with milk and spiced with nutmeg, the pork liver loaf can be made a little more savory with spices of your choice and makes a nice meal accompaniment.
Ingredients
  Pork liver 1 Pound
  Onion 1
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Flour 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Nutmeg 1 Pinch
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Chop the liver, onion and parsley together until they are minced very fine.
Add the milk and egg, flour and seasonings.
Mix well, shape into a loaf, place in a baking-pan and bake in a moderate oven (375° F.) for an hour and a quarter.
