The pork liver loaf is a parslyed pork liver loaf baked with chopped onions and egg. Moistened with milk and spiced with nutmeg, the pork liver loaf can be made a little more savory with spices of your choice and makes a nice meal accompaniment.
1 Cup (16 tbs)
1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Chop the liver, onion and parsley together until they are minced very fine.
Add the milk and egg, flour and seasonings.
Mix well, shape into a loaf, place in a baking-pan and bake in a moderate oven (375Â° F.) for an hour and a quarter.
