Ingredients
  Tenderloin 1 Pound
  Bacon drippings 3 Tablespoon
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sour cream 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by cutting tenderloin crosswise into 2inch slices

MAKING
2.Now flatten out the slices and dredge with flour
3.In hot skillet, pour some drippings
4.Now place the slices in this hot skillet
5.Brown on both sides and season with salt and pepper
6.Reduce heat, add cream, cover and simmer 30 minutes

SERVING
7.Serve with garlic bread, salads, or sauce
