Savory Pork Roast

|Garlic||6 Clove (30 gm), slivered|
Wipe the roast with a damp cloth.
Make tiny 1/4 inch wide and 1 inch deep slits over the surface of the roast, about 1 inch apart, with the tip of a thin bladed knife.
Stuff each with a sliver or two of garlic.
Crush the rosemary leaves and rub the salt and rosemary over the surface of the roast.
Allow the roast to stand for 20 minutes before carving so that the juices will settle.
Delicious accompanied with Banana Stuffed Sweet Potatoes.
