Easy Pork Croquettes
|Flour||1 1⁄4 Tablespoon|
|Butter||1 Tablespoon (Size Of A Walnut)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cooked ground pork||3 Cup (48 tbs) (Serve Cold)|
Blend first 3 ingredients in a saucepan.
Stir over low heat until thick.
Mix with the cold pork (cooked ahead of time).
Shape into cylinders and place in refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
If shy on meat add cracker crumbs to handle.
When ready to fry in deep fat, roll in egg and crumbs.
If desired, make in flat, round cakes and fry on griddle.
Serve with a white sauce.
