Easy Pork Croquettes

The pork croquettes are cooked pork preparation made with flour and walnuts. Shaped into cylinders and deep fried, the pork croquettes are rolled in eggs and can be served as side or appetizers with white sauce
Ingredients
  Flour 1 1⁄4 Tablespoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon (Size Of A Walnut)
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cooked ground pork 3 Cup (48 tbs) (Serve Cold)
Directions

Blend first 3 ingredients in a saucepan.
Add milk.
Stir over low heat until thick.
Mix with the cold pork (cooked ahead of time).
Cool.
Shape into cylinders and place in refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
If shy on meat add cracker crumbs to handle.
When ready to fry in deep fat, roll in egg and crumbs.
If desired, make in flat, round cakes and fry on griddle.
Serve with a white sauce.
