Ingredients
  Roast 4 Pound
  Seasoned meat tenderizer To Taste
  Salt and pepper To Taste
Directions

Cut roast about 2 1/2 to 3 inches thick.
Sprinkle roast generously with seasoned meat tenderizer.
Pierce meat with fork on both sides; add salt and pepper.
Let standfor several hours.
Cook about 30 minutes or until crisp over charcoal.
Turn once and continue cooking to desired doneness.
Slice as for roast.
Tasty when reheated in foil or sliced cold in sandwiches.
