Salted Eggs With Steamed Pork
|Ground pork||1 Pound|
|Eggs||2 , salted|
|Soy sauce||1 Teaspoon|
Peel and chop fine the water chestnuts and set aside.
Separate the egg whites from the yolks and mix the whites well with the rest of the ingredients.
Place the meat in an ovenproof serving bowl and gently place the two egg yolks on top of the meat.
Place a rack in a large saucepan filled up to 2 inches of boiling water.
Place the bowl on the rack and cover.
Steam for about 20 minutes or until the meat is well cooked.
