Cranberry Orange Pork Chops
|Pork loin chops||4 (3/4 Inch Thick)|
|Dark molasses||2 Tablespoon|
|Cranberry orange relish||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Orange juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Ground allspice||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Thin orange slices||4|
Trim excess fat around edges of chops.
Slash edges at 1 inch intervals to prevent meat from curling during cooking.
Arrange chops in an 8 inch square glass cake dish.
Brush with molasses.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Microwave 5 minutes.
Turn chops over and brush with molasses.
Cover and microwave 5 minutes.
Combine relish, orange juice and allspice.
Spoon over chops.
Cover and Microwave 6 to 8 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes.
