Peppered Pork Chops

Pepperd pork chops is a simple yet savory preparation of pork chops cooked with a medley of three peppers and served up with sauce piquante. Broiled and served, this peppers pork chops is an outdoor party favorite for me!
Ingredients
  Black pepper 2 Teaspoon
  White pepper 2 Teaspoon
  Ground red pepper 2 Teaspoon
  Pork loin chops 6 , cut 1 inch thick
Directions

Combine the black pepper, white pepper, and red pepper.
Rub each chop with about 1 teaspoon of the pepper mixture, coating evenly.
Place chops on the rack of an unheated broiler pan.
Broil chops 3 to 4 inches from the heat for 20 to 25 minutes, turning once.
Serve the pork chops warm with Sauce Piquante
