Pork Chops With Vegetables

Ingredients
  Pork chops 4 (1 Inch Thick)
  Fat 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Potatoes 4 Small
  Carrots 4 Medium
Directions

Heat cooker add fat, season chops and brown in uncovered cooker.
Add water.
Place potatoes and! carrots on top.
Cover cooker and bring pressure to 15 lbs, cooking point.
Cook 10-2 minutes.
Allow steam to return to normal.
