Ingredients
  Sliced pork 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mushrooms 12 , soaked and cut into strips
  Shredded celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sliced green pepper 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Soy sauce 4 Tablespoon
  Bean sprouts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sliced water chestnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ginger slice 1 , finely chopped
  Mushroom water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon, mixed with 4 tablespoons water
  Water 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat a pan with the oil and when it is hot saute the pork for 10 minutes.
Add the onions, stir once or twice, add the mushrooms, stir, and add the celery and green peppers and cook for about 10 seconds.
Add the soy sauce, bean sprouts, water chestnuts, ginger and the mushroom water.
Stir quickly and add the thickening.
When the gravy becomes thick and smooth, turn onto a hot shallow dish and serve immediately.
