Diced Pork With Green Peas
|Pork||1⁄4 Pound, diced|
|Peas||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cornstarch||2 Teaspoon (Mixed With 1/4 Cup Water)|
Heat pan with the oil and when it is hot saute the meat for 2 minutes.
Slowly add the peas and stir for 2 minutes longer.
Add the water, salt and pepper.
Cover, lower the heat and cook for 6 minutes.
Add the thickening to the pan and stir till the gravy becomes thick and smooth.
Turn onto a shallow dish and serve immediately.
