Pork Chop Suey
|Shredded pork||1 Pound|
|Mushrooms||12 , stemmed and shredded|
|Water chestnuts||12 , shredded|
|Pea sprouts||1⁄2 Pound|
|Chicken stock||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cornstarch||1 Tablespoon (Mixed With 3 Tablespoons Water)|
|Soy sauce||3 Tablespoon|
Heat a pan with oil and when it is very hot, saute the meat for 1 minute.
Add the celery, mushrooms, water chestnuts and pea sprouts.
Stir three or four times till all the vegetables and meat are well mixed.
Add the stock, cover and continue to cook for 5 minutes.
Add the thickening and when it is smooth and thick add the pepper and salt.
Stir once or twice and serve in a shallow bowl immediately.
