|Fresh rosemary sprigs||2|
1 Cut the pork into 2.5 cm (1 in) cubes and thread on 4 skewers.
Blend the rosemary, seasoning and oil.
Marinate the brochettes in the oil overnight.
2 Remove them from the marinade and grill (broil), turning occasionally, for 10-15 minutes or until tender.
Baste occasionally with a little oil from the marinade.
3 Arrange on a dish and decorate with a few rosemary sprigs.
