  Lean pork 1 1⁄2 Pound (From The Shoulder Or Loin, About 675 Grams)
  Fresh rosemary 1 Tablespoon, chopped (About 15 Milliliter)

  Fresh rosemary sprigs 2
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1 Cut the pork into 2.5 cm (1 in) cubes and thread on 4 skewers.
Blend the rosemary, seasoning and oil.
Marinate the brochettes in the oil overnight.
2 Remove them from the marinade and grill (broil), turning occasionally, for 10-15 minutes or until tender.
