Sweet-And-Sour Pork Chops
|Pork chops||10 (1 Inch)|
|Canned sauerkraut||16 Ounce (1 Can Of 16 Ounce)|
|Prepared mustard||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
Brown the pork chops, without oil, in a skillet over medium heat.
Layer the chops in a 9x13 inch non metallic baking dish.
Spread the sauerkraut over the chops.
Combine the honey and mustard in a bowl, adjusting amounts to taste.
Pour the honey mixture over the contents of the baking dish.
Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until juices run clear.
