Sweet-And-Sour Pork Chops is a delicious recipe which I always love to have. I bet, once you have this Sweet-And-Sour Pork Chops, you will always crave for some more.
  Pork chops 10 (1 Inch)
  Canned sauerkraut 16 Ounce (1 Can Of 16 Ounce)
  Honey 12 Ounce
  Prepared mustard 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon

Brown the pork chops, without oil, in a skillet over medium heat.
Layer the chops in a 9x13 inch non metallic baking dish.
Spread the sauerkraut over the chops.
Combine the honey and mustard in a bowl, adjusting amounts to taste.
Pour the honey mixture over the contents of the baking dish.
Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until juices run clear.
